I take your case personally.
Ed Jon Wolfe, Attorney at Law
If your case is worth pursuing, there are two key elements to be considered. First, is the party in question liable; and if your damages are sufficient enough to warrant bringing legal action. Exploring these elements with competent legal counsel is important. Don't hesitate to call us for a FREE initial consultation.
We take personal injury cases on a contingency fee basis. We don't get paid an attorney fee unless your claim is settled, or you receive a favorable verdict. As for expenses incurred in your case, reasonable expenses are generally advanced by us. At the conclusion of your case, expenses are deducted from the settlement proceeds, or awarded after the attorney fee is calculated and deducted.
First, seek medical treatment immediately and comply with your medical provider's instructions. Be sure to obtain off-work slips from your doctor if you are unable to work. Keep a file of all medical expenses, especially out-of-pocket expenses, and a diary of your pain and suffering.
Second, don't discuss your claim with anyone other than your immediate family, physician, or attorney. In a motor vehicle accident claim, be sure to take pictures of the damage to your motor vehicle before you have it repaired. It's also a good idea to take pictures of your injuries as well if they are visible.
We've successfully represented clients in various personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall accidents, and animal bite cases.
